Shipping Changes

It's that time of year... everyone's least favorite holiday tradition except for Aunt Ida's fruit cake... the US Postal Service has announced its annual holiday pricing increase.

Here's what will happen:

▪ Beginning October 1, Twisted's threshold for free shipping will go up to $75. (That's in 2 weeks!)
▪ This was a hard decision that we've resisted for years, but with postage rates going up yet again we had to adapt.
▪ On October 3, the postal service will raise their rates for all services. The increases range from $0.25 to $5.00 per package. These rates will be in place until at least December 26th. We don't know what will happen after that. Some years rates drop back; some years the increases become permanent.
▪ The shipping rates offered on our site come directly from the USPS based on a package's estimated weight and will go up accordingly.
