Learn Tapestry Weaving at Twisted

Intro to Tapestry Weaving
Saturday, August 12 from 2:00-6:00pm

Tapestry weaving is everywhere these days! Using lightweight, portable looms that are easy to set up and warp, tapestry weaving is a relaxing way to find your creative flow, play with color and texture, and create a unique piece of art to enhance your home.

Best of all, tapestry weaving is easy to get into. Twisted stocks sweet, simple looms from BEKA and Black Sheep Goods. This form of weaving is a wonderful way to use up leftover yarn, too. Choose a color theme and let your imagination run wild. Add novelty yarns, even roving, for extra textural oomf.

At Twisted, we’ve completely fallen for this craze. In fact, we think it’s so much fun, we’ve added a class to our August schedule! Join Megan & Rachel for this enjoyable afternoon workshop, and learn everything you need to know to make your own beautifully bohemian wall hangings with a tapestry loom.

Check out our full class list online. For more information, or to enroll, visit our website, give us a call (503 922 1150), or drop into Twisted!
