Pattern
Demure Scarflette pattern by Yumiko Alexander
This small scarflette is perfect for a touch of warmth on a cool summer evening or a breezy spring day. It is a shallow triangular shape and knit from side to side in stockinette stitch with a simple lace edging. Using about 210 yards of DK weight yarn, it is easy, fun to knit and quite quick.
This design really shows off the beautiful chain-plied linen yarn. This linen is super soft even when you first knit with it because DanDoh Linen is a chain-ply structure with very thin linen threads.
Yarn
Suggested: Two skeins of Dandoh Linen (pictured in 22 Lavender).
This 100% linen yarn is made of clean, crisp linen fiber spun into a unique chain ply structure. DanDoh Linen knits up into soft, lightweight garments with dramatic drape. This yarn is hard to beat for summery knits that will last a lifetime and, in fact, only get lovelier with wear.
Other options: You'll need approximately 210 yards of a DK weight yarn.
