Happy Hour!

Happy Hour!

Blue MoonIncomparable color genius, owner and founder of Blue Moon Fiber Arts, and all around rad lady Tina Newton will be spending Thursday evenings from 5-7pm at Twisted all summer! Starts this Thursday 5/17 and runs through Labor Day. (Subject to health/traffic/unforseen emergencies/etc!)

Meet your favorite hand-dyer and soak up some wisdom about yarn (and life) while sipping a tasty beverage. Wondering which Blue Moon yarn to use for your next project? Need help picking colors? Wondering whether to frog a project? Good news: Tina's here to help.

The only downside is that your sides might hurt from laughing so hard... It's a known side-effect of hanging out with her. See you Thursdays starting 5/17!

New Blue Moon Yarns

To kick off our summer of Happy Hour gatherings, Tina will be bringing with her two new bases. One is new to Twisted and the other is just plain NEW!

Soft Rock

Soft Rock

Meet Blue Moon Fiber Arts' BRAND NEW yarn - Soft Rock. Sneak-previewed at Twisted in April for LYS Day and debuted last week at Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival, this yarn is specially constructed to be similar to their Socks That Rock line... but not for socks. The result is a bouncy, soft, and gorgeous light-fingering 2-ply perfect for shawls and accessories. Arriving Thursday 5/17! $28 / 4 oz / 500 yards

Featherlight

Featherlight

Featherlight is BMFA's fingering-weight single. It is a perfect balance between softness and twist that Tina says is like a feather dancing on a breeze. Quite the endorsement! We polled our customers in store in April and received many requests to carry this yarn. Arriving Thursday 5/17! $26 / 4 oz / 430 yards
