Fingerless mitts are superfly and all, but sometimes you just want a good old fashioned pair of gloves. Not chunky mittens, not those Fred Meyer $1.99 specials, but real, actual, simple yet elegant hand-knit gloves. Michelle Molis, Twisted teacher extraordinaire, is going to show us how to do it. What a great gift for yourself OR your loved ones this holiday season. Check out how very much we love the shop samples:

When is this class happening, you ask?
Sundays, November 15 and 22. 10:30am-12:30pm

Materials: Fingering to sport weight yarn, dpns or circular needles to give you a gauge you like
Includes: Glove pattern by Michelle Molis Skills learned: Yarn over, slip-slip-knit, reading a chart
Homework: Students should do a stockinette gauge swatch, preferably in the round, in the yarn they would like to use for the gloves. The shop samples are made of Trekking Maxima, color 903, on size US2 needles, with a gauge of 7 stitches per inch.
