Do you ever sit and knit and knit and knit for hours? Of course – we all do! While it’s good for the spirit, those marathon sessions can be hard on your hands, your back, and even your legs. So, we’re hosting a FREE class to show you simple stretches and excercises designed specifically for knitters and other hand crafters.

It’s taught by Krista Loveless, a pilates instructor (and knitter!) from NW Women’s Fitness (which is the best gym in town – just down the street from us).
