fall is right around the corner, temperatures should be dropping any day now, and tootsies will begin to get chilly. in other words, the flip-flop season is coming to an end, and hand-knit sock season is almost here. since we are addicted to sock yarns here at twisted, particularly small-shop, indie dyers, we just HAD to get more sock yarns for the fall. one of our stalwart dyers, zen string, has just sent us a sock yarn infusion, and it is divine. our first few orders were just her serendipity sport sock yarn, which is a perfect sport-weight sock yarn, and we decided to get some fingering this time around, as well. regrets? heck, no – the fingering is gorgeous…
