Class Spotlight: Beaded Treasure Bag/Felted Purse

Ever wanted to learn to be a bead knitting whiz, ala Twistedista/designer extrordinaire Sivia Harding? This class is a crash course in knitting with beads, covering three different techniques and many bead effects and embellishments. The finished bag can be used as-is or felted into a petite change purse.

This class takes place on Tuesday, August 10 from 6-8 pm, and costs $20. Taught by the bead queen herself, Sivia Harding! Students need one skein (50g) of fingering weight yarn (make sure the yarn is not superwash if you want to felt it), approximately 100 seed beads, a beading needle, and size 3 dpns.
