US #3/3.25mm needle for working flat, or size to get gauge, and an additional US#3/3.25mm needle to pick up provisionally cast on edge.
28 sts & 21 rows = 4 inches/10 cm in stockinette stitch.
Intermediate (provisional cast on, cables, grafting in ribbed pattern).
One size fits most. Two loop version: 50” circumference. One loop version: 20” circumference.
