Portland boasts over 200 beautiful city parks, including 33 off-leash dog parks – more per capita than any other American city. The off-leash area at Fernhill Park in NE Portland is always full of happy pups and their people – especially in spring when the sun begins to shine. This sturdy yet stretchy cowl is the perfect accessory to reach for when you head out for a springtime walk to the park with your best friend.

This pattern was originally published as Twisted's special crochet pattern for the 2017 Rose City Yarn Crawl.
