Construction
The double loop is taller than the single loop because the taller Diamond Motif is worked twice and the Diagonal Eyelet Motif once. The single loop is the reverse. If you prefer a taller single loop or a shorter double loop you can swap the motif order. Adjust the circumference by casting on any multiple of 42 stitches.

24 stitches = 4”/10 cm in stockinette stitch after blocking
