If you are a new or returning knitter wondering what project to tackle next, this is the perfect class for you. Learn how to knit in the round, decrease, follow a modern pattern, and more, all while making one of our very favorite hats!

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner
Skills Required: Long tail or knitted cast on, knit and purl stitches, binding off.
Skills Learned: Several methods of knitting in the round, decreasing, how to read and follow a pattern.
Materials: Either bring your own or before/during class get 20% off your purchase of the following:
- Yarn: 150-210 yards of worsted weight yarn. We recommend Malabrigo Worsted.
- Needles: one 16" circular needle in size US #9 / 5.5 mm (OR whatever gets YOU a gauge of 4 sts = 1" / 2.5 cm on your chosen yarn), and one 16” circular needle US #7 (or two sizes smaller than main needle size); and one set of double pointed needles US #9 (or same size as main needle size).
- Notions: locking stitch markers, tapestry needle.
