Twisted Classes More Steps in Brioche: Syncopation: Saturday, November 16 from 2:00-4:30pm
So you’ve mastered two color brioche rib in the round. What more is there? Syncopated brioche, which makes patterns by swapping brioche knit and brioche purl columns. Light and dark switch to dark and light, like magic! You’ll learn about two color brioche knit flat, and also learn more about reading your brioche knitting, and fixing more mistakes.

Long tail cast on, knit and purl stitches, common increases and decreases, knitting in the round, binding off, brioche rib. Students must be comfortable working with 2 colors, and have completed at least one brioche project or taken a brioche class. This class is not an intro to brioche.

- Yarn: One light colored and one dark colored heavy worsted weight yarn, approximately 100 yards each. We recommend Malabrigo Worsted.
- Needles: one size US #6 24” long circular needle.
- Notions: Locking stitch markers, row counter.
- Pattern: Before class, please purchase a copy of the Hopscotch pattern by Michele Bernstein. It is available electronically and print-on-demand at Twisted.
