Never be without a ruler again! Produced in small batches in Portland, Oregon, each leather Wrist Ruler Bracelet is engraved with inch and centimeter measurements and is individually numbered on the inside.
Bracelets come in six lengths, as well as four traditional leather colors and eleven dyed colors.
To find your size, first wrap a measuring tape or bit of yarn twice around your wrist (not too tight, not too loose). Add 1/2" to that length to account for the stud closure. Now round up to the nearest inch, and that’s your size.
Check out the video below for more tips on sizing. (Video may not display on all browsers - you can also view the video here.)
When selecting your color, keep in mind that the leather will darken substantially with wear as it's exposed to the natural oils on your skin, lotion, sweat, water, and all the other things you encounter in life. For example, the Natural starts out sandy but turns a lovely dark honey over time.
Please be aware that color dyed bracelets might bleed slightly onto clothes or skin. You may experience some excess dye rub off during the first several wears. This is normal and will subside as your bracelet patinas over time from the oils from your skin and any lotions you may use.
To clean, wipe down with a damp cloth and then wipe dry. Do to the nature of the dye used to color bracelets, submerging in water will pull the dye away from the bracelet and distort the sizing.
To soften your bracelet and keep the leather from drying out, apply a good quality leather conditioner. This may also darken the leather, but will keep it in tip-top shape.
