Targhee Worsted is a 3-plys of sweater knitting awesome. It is soft, though not ultra soft like merino or cashmere. But in exchange you get a fiber that has fabulous stitch definition, incredible elasticity, and will wear like a boss.
This Targhee is both raised and milled domestically. Targhee is one of America's youngest breeds and is named after the National Forest where they grazed in the summer. The forest was named after the Chief of the Bannock tribe of the Northern Paiute.
