- Want to learn more about Juneteenth? If you read one thing today, let it be Jamelle Bouie's opinion essay in the New York Times, Why Juneteenth Matters: It was black Americans who delivered on Lincoln’s promise of “a new birth of freedom.”
- Last week we gave you a list of Instagram accounts to follow if you were interested in diversifying your social media. This week we have a wonderful spreadsheet to share compiled and vetted as businesses owned by people of color or allies. The best part? It widens the scope to include sewing, yarn and other crafts!
- Things are slowly opening up but if you are still reluctant to go out, here are 7 copy cat drink recipes and 7 copy cat dessert recipes you can make from the comfort of your own home.
