Tai Chi, Knitting and Yoga Retreat

Claudia asked us to share the news about her amazing upcoming Tai Chi, Knitting and Yoga Retreat in June. Plus, it’s super-reasonably priced. Oh, I sure wish I could go! (But, alas, I will be having a baby right smack dab in the middle of the retreat!)

It’s at the Still Meadow Retreat Center, which isn’t too far from Portland. Claudia has been doing retreats for a while, and on her website, there is some information (and props) about those retreats. The Yoga instructor, Erin Hancock, has a Tai Chi/Yoga School in the Portland area.
