Spring and Summer Magazines
Two new issues of our old standby magazines arrived yesterday, and both are pretty full of great stuff.
Interweave Knits’ Summer 2009 issue has a lot of great projects – cute summer tops and tanks, as well as light sweaters and skirts. The articles, too, are fun to read – I was particularly taken with an article about knitted baby undershirts, because, as you all most likely know, I have a new baby, and am therefore all about all things baby.
The May/June Piecework is a great issue, too, focusing on lace. All kinds of lace. The kinds of lace that most of us just don’t know about. Italian needlelace, bobble lace, chantilly lace, crocheted lace, knitted lace, this issue has it all.
