K12tog September Project - Ardent

K12tog September Project - Ardent

CAST ON PARTY: Monday, September 3rd 5-7pm (yep, it's Labor Day - we'll be open!)

PROJECT: Ardent - by Janina Kallio - from Woolenberry

RECOMMENDED YARN: Knitted Wit Victory Sock or Blue Moon Fiber Arts Soft Rock (shown in the colorway Morpheus)

Ardent

The designer captures this slightly asymmetric triangle shawl perfectly in its Ravelry description: Ardent is an entertaining knit with a contemporary look. Its unique bias construction and alternating garter stitch and eyelet sections make it a fun “just-one-more-row” project that grows quickly on your needles.

You'll need 1 skein (400 m / 437 yards) of fingering weight yarn. We love it in either Knitted Wit Victory Sock - or Blue Moon Fiber Arts Soft Rock (shown) - or also Blue Moon Fiber Arts Featherlightor Malabrigo Sock for that matter. So many wonderful options! You'll also need a set of US 6 / 4 mm, or whatever size gets you gauge, needles for working flat. And don't forget a darning needle. The pattern is available as a Ravelry download with a free printed copy at Twisted - or directly from Ravelry.
