Last day of the Bluegirl Knits Trunk Show

Just a reminder that today is the last day we’ll have Bluegirl Knits‘ Nichole Reese’s fabulous samples in the shop. Today is the day to hang out with her – there’s still space in her class (on the Machu Picchu Hat, from 12-3, $30), and don’t forget to enter the raffle! She’ll also be chillaxing at Twisted from 3-5pm today. AND, if that’s not enough, remember that Bluegirl Knits patterns will be 10% off during this trunk show (both in store and online)!

Machu Picchu Hat
This Peruvian inspired earflap hat features a unique, new cast-on technique and Andean patterns worked in fair isle. This is a great pattern for learning stranded color work.

Materials: Approx 82 yards each of two colors of bulky weight yarn, (Suggested yarn – Alpaca with a Twist Big Baby or Mirasol Sulka) 1 16” US size 10 circular needle and DPNs to match OR 1 sets of 16” circulars, Size I or J crochet hook, stitch holder, darning needle, scissors.
Includes: Machu Picchu Earflap Hat pattern from Bluegirl Knits by Nichole Reese.
Skills learned: Knitting with two colors.
