This indie dyer out of Bellingham, WA often showcases yarns that are American-raised and highlight the special qualities of less-common sheep breeds. Plus, these mouthwatering colorways will get your creative juices flowing with what they soooo-correctly describe as "variegated combinations that make rainbows jealous."

Huckleberry Knits Sock Blanks are machine-knitted strips that are then hand-dyed to produce long, gradual color changes. You can knit or crochet right off the blank (weirdly satisfying...), or wind it into a cake first. Regardless, it's a fun way to change up your normal routine and achieve gorgeous results.
