We talked about the first Hot Holiday Knits Collection Ebook, Hats and Mitts, the other day, and today, we’re going to show you the projects in Cowls and Shawlettes! We’ll talk about the delightfully random Potpourri in the next few days.
Remember that from now until December 1st, 2012, we are running a special on all three of our brand-new Ebooks. Each is normally $29, but through December 1st, you can get them for $19 each. That’s only $2.71 per pattern (patterns are normally $6 each). A seriously great deal on some seriously cute patterns. If you don’t find enough in the Ebooks to make purchasing them worthwhile, no worries – each of the patterns is available for individual purchase through the store, online, AND electronically through Ravelry.
Click on the images below to go directly to the Ravelry page for each pattern. If you’d like a hard copy, head over to our website, call us at 503-922-1150, or stop in to the shop. We’re open every day from 9am – 8pm!
Hot Holiday Knits 2012: Cowls and Shawlettes contains 7 patterns for Cowls and Shawlettes, sure to please all of your holiday knitting recipients. Each was created by a Twistedista in some of their very favorite Twisted yarns.
The Peregrine Shawlette was a result of a chat with and a challenge from Tina from Blue Moon. Create a one-skein project to showcase her gorgeous De-Vine yarn. We’ve got a bunch of this yarn in the shop, but if you’re looking to purchase online, head to Blue Moon Fiber Arts website. (Also works super well in 2 skeins of madelinetosh tosh chunky).
Striped Simplicity is just that: striped and simple, not to mention super pleasurable to wear. In Mirasol’s Nuna, mixing and matching colors is actually secondary to the feel of the yarn on your neck.
Looking for a super quick and super stylish super bulky cowl? Look no further – Kat’s done it, with the Tofino Cowl. Seriously, a one-night project. Knit a few!
And, finally, Shannon’s Zed Shawlette showcases the fantastically interesting Gradient yarn from Schoppel-Woole. It’s this strange and light and wonderful wool, with air puffed in to make a warm yet airy garment.
