New Yarns from Lang

We met with one of our reps about a month ago, and fell in love with some of the yarns from a line we hadn’t previously seen – Lang Yarns. We brought in 3 yarns to start, and are itching to start our own projects with them all. These are the two summer-y yarns we’ve received – we have an exciting lace-weight to share with you at a later time, as well.

Seta Tweed is a fabulous blend of (mostly) silk and cotton (75% silk, 25% cotton). It’s a light, sproingy tweed, perfect for sweaters, in a super-versatile DK-weight. You get 109 yards per 25 gram ball. The colors are to di(y)e for.

Sol Degrade is soft, squishy, and oh, so much fun! With a long color repeat, this is the perfect yarn for warm-weather garments or one-skein projects. It’s a 100% cotton tape yarn, and knits up at an aran gauge. You get 218 yards per 100 gram ball.

Thanks so much to Marcia for taking these photos, and to Vivian for so adorably posing with her belly and the Sol Degrade.

  1. Clearly I haven’t looked at Vivian closely in the last couple months! Or maybe she’s just been behind the counter every time…yeah, that’s my story! Cute pix!
